摘要:
随着医疗技术的提高和条件的改善, 每年有超过2亿成人接受重大非心脏手术(MNCS), 然而术后心血管并发症一直高居不下。 术后心肌损伤的发生率, 特别是沉默型的心肌梗死, 在临床上并不少见, 如何更好地鉴别这类高危患者, 目前仍没有指南推荐合适的围术期筛选指标。 肌钙蛋白在预测MNCS术后心肌损伤的高灵敏性和特异性, 其在围术期的变化有助于预测术后心脏并发症的发生。 现就肌钙蛋白在临床中的研究应用进行综述。
Abstract:
With the development of medical technology and the improvement of medical conditions, there are more than 200 million adults undergoing major non-cardiac surgery (MNCS) per year and postoperative cardiovascular complications are still not improved. Myocardial injury (MI) after surgery, especially the silent MI, is common in non-cardiac surgery. Nowadays guidline is still needed for screening valuable biomarker and other indicators. Troponin is of high sentivity and spectivity in predicting myocardium injury after MNCS, the change of which can help to predict the occurrence of cardiovascular complications. This article reviews the current progress in the clinical application of troponin.
